Between the parts trade and the vehicle
A motor factor sits between the people who make vehicle parts and the people who fit them. The work is partly supply and partly identification: taking a vehicle, a symptom or a broken component, turning that into a part reference, and then quoting against it.
This company is registered to do it on both sides of that trade — wholesale to buyers in the motor trade, and retail to members of the public. Both are treated the same way here: give us the vehicle, and we work from that.
Everything else — what is offered, what it costs, and on what terms — is confirmed by the company in writing against a specific enquiry.
How this website is written
This site states what the company is registered to do and how an enquiry is handled. It deliberately does not claim memberships, approvals, accreditations, insurance cover, guarantees, delivery arrangements, timescales or trading history, because a supplier or credit assessor should be able to check anything they read here against a document.
If you need a statement of any of those things for your own records, ask the company directly and it will be answered in writing, in a form you can keep.
Photographs on this site are openly licensed stock images used for illustration. They do not show the company's own premises, work or property — the sources are listed on the image credits page.
